Mike Woodall is an accomplished Executive Leader and private/public sector transformation specialist with more than 30 years’ experience leading high-impact programmes across health, retail, transport, and critical public services. As CEO of SentAI, he is currently at the forefront of intelligent healthcare logistics, combining AI-driven systems with deep operational insight to modernise NHS and public-sector delivery models.
Recently, Mike led the successful mobilisation of two national public sector contracts worth a combined £500 million, delivering frontline services to some of the UK’s most complex regions. His approach ensures that innovation is always grounded in real-world outcomes—balancing patient need, operational feasibility, and value for public money.
Mike has built a reputation for unlocking value in underperforming businesses and systems, introducing sustainable technologies, and leading culturally sensitive change. His leadership spans the full project lifecycle, from strategic design through to mobilisation, governance, and service optimisation.
Originally in retail now with a track record of working alongside NHS Trusts, integrated care systems (ICSs), government departments, and private partners alike.
Known for his clarity of vision and practical execution, Mike brings particular expertise in healthcare logistics, supply chains, and service digitisation. He has consistently delivered transformation programmes that integrate technology, data, and human-centred design to drive both efficiency and equity in access.

Benji Woodall

Benji is responsible for the technical strategy and build-out of SentAI’s core infrastructure. With deep experience in development, gaming systems, and client-centric tech delivery, he builds scalable systems that merge usability with innovation. A creative problem solver and rapid prototyper, Benji leads the AI development arm, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and intuitively usable. Benji's hands-on leadership drives continuous iteration, bringing user feedback and performance data into each sprint. Whether designing decision engines for NHS workflows or integrating chatbot layers for contact centre augmentation, his work reflects a passion for efficiency and clarity through smart systems.
Before launching SentAI, Benji was an award winning Facebook Gaming Partner and content creator with a large social media following (The Benji Wo), blending entertainment, technology, and community into meaningful engagement at scale. He even competed in a Call of Duty: Warzone tournament which he won a share of $37,000 for "Clip of the week".
Benji is currently a YouTube Partner and still can be seen live every so often on platforms including Kick, TikTok and Twitch.
